ABOUT US
Demo T3
Demo T3 is a family-owned and operated business. We take pride in providing Property Management Services, such as Lawncare and Rototilling, with a personal touch. With 10 years of experience, we've gone out on our own, hoping to build our reputation on quality, integrity, and a commitment to exceeding our customers' expectations.
Jordan, is an owner and he will be the one completing all of the services on your property. He has worked with various landscapes from California to Maine and prides himself on delivering outstanding results. When he is not out mowing and towing, he works for Poland Spring, bottling up water. As any Maine Native, he spends all other free time fishing, dirt biking and just being outdoors.
Jessica, is an owner and does all the administrative tasks and varied communications with clientele. She will be the one sending invoices and following up after services are complete. When she is not keeping the business in line, she is at Androscoggin Bank working the teller line. She enjoys being outdoors as well and doing anything and everything that involves being a mom to their two young boys.
